Package 2: Nourished Family Meal Prep
Vegetarian + vegan meal preparation to nourish your family during pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond.

​Frozen dinners and takeout don't have to make up the bulk of your postpartum diet! This package is a great way to nourish your body, so that you can focus on taking care of your baby. Having nutritious and healing foods ready-to-eat makes a world of difference for your postpartum recovery--physically and emotionally! I will come to your home for a set number of hours/days and prepare healthy and delicious meals.

*This is also a great stand alone package during pregnancy or postpartum! It also makes a super thoughtful gift for the family!*

What is included...
  1. Consultation: Postpartum nutrition services start prior to birth with a consultation to talk about your food preferences and nutritional needs for a healthy postpartum recovery.
  2. Decide on recipes: I can use yours or you can choose from mine.
  3. Prepare: You or I will pick up the groceries. I will come to your home and either make meals for eating right away or to store in the refrigerator/freezer for later.
(On average, 7 "main meals" takes 4 hours--1-2 cooked and the rest prepped.)

We will work together to create your menu. For example:
  • Overnight oats with flaxseed, coconut, nuts, and fruits
  • Nutrient dense muffins
  • Lactation cookies
  • Energy bites
  • Hard boiled eggs
  • Ready-to-eat fresh fruits and veggies
  • Ready to blend smoothies
  • 'Buddha bowls' with rice or quinoa
  • Hearty soups
  • Bean & roasted veggie burritos
  • Veggie burgers
  • Baked tofu and veggie stir fry
  • Soba noodles with broccoli & tofu
  • Hearty coconut red curry soup
